We’re a small business based in Malta, and we use a warehouse in the UK to handle our orders (via Shipquest). At the moment, all our products are shipped from the UK, though we plan to expand to additional warehouses in the future.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days, though delivery times may be longer during busy periods or for orders to the US and Canada.

For our EU customers, we use a duties-paid service, meaning you shouldn’t have to pay any import fees. If you do get charged, please contact us—we’ll refund the cost.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us at info@wanderers-tome.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us—thank you for your support!
